Inmate Death On December 5, 2023, around 4:00 PM, a 74-year-old male inmate was found unresponsive in a single-occupied booking cell at McHenry County Adult Correctional Facility. Corrections officers and Woodstock Fire/Rescue attempted life-saving measures without success, and the inmate was pronounced deceased at the scene.
